I followed this recipe exactly, eagering awaiting my delicious pancake breakfast. I was SORELY dissapointed. They came out as flat, white pads of rubber. The most unusual pancakes I had ever seen. They were the texture of half-melted cheese. The taste was alright but it was impossible to overlook the texture. I will definetly not be making these again any time soon!

Are you sure you followed the directions exactly and got the measurements correct? I have made this recipe many many times and they were delicious.
