200 Best Panini Recipes is a fun cookbook, full of taste-tempting recipes and pictures of wonderful panini sandwiches.

If you are not familiar with "panini", they are Italian sandwiches, toasted and pressed in a flat iron press. They have been common in Italy for decades and are now very popular in North American bistros, restaurants and cafes.

With panini makers available everywhere now, you can easily make these treats right at home. They make a great lunch or snack or even a wonderful, light easy dinner with a side salad.

The recipes in this cookbook will get your juices flowing for sure.

Tiffany Collins provides great recipes creative ideas for panini sandwiches, most of which I would never have thought of. She really helps replicate the bistro experience and maximize the use of a home panini maker.

Among the panini recipes in this vibrant, fun cookbook are:

  • Salami, prosciutto and mozzarella panini with roasted red peppers
  • Philly cheesesteak panini
  • Bacon, spinach and hard-boiled egg panini
  • Smoked salmon, red onion, cream cheese and caper panini
  • Sweet Italian sausage, provolone and tomato sauce panini
  • Hummus, red onion and Swiss cheese panini
  • Pulled pork panini
  • Tuscan tuna and white bean panini
  • Shrimp club panini
  • Cuban panini
  • Smores panini
  • Sliced beef, caramelized onions and gorgonzola panini
  • Smoked turkey, brie and Granny Smith apple panini
  • South of the border turkey panini with perfect guacamole

Here is what people are saying about 200 Best Panini Recipes:

Brigid Russo writes:
O.K. I love cookbooks. I also love sandwiches. So what's not to love here. In my opinion, the term "Panini" is a bit overused these days, but marketing is marketing.

The recipies in this book are intelligent, classy, fun and of course, delicious. My wife and I have tried 3 to date and are well on our way to try, not all, but many more.

The layout, the "tips" and the headers for the sandwiches allows you access to the amount of thought that went into this book. I typically love cookbooks with many, many pictures. This book, however, doesn't need that many. The sandwichs' name is a picture in itself. Don't get me wrong, the pictures the book does have are beautiful.

So, yes, I love this book. And by the way, who needs to go out and buy a panini grill when the ol' George Foreman works just great.

From Cynthia Iannicci comes this comment:
I've purchased quite a few cook books for my panini press, but nothing is as user friendly as this one. Not only are the recipes very good but the ingredients are items that can be found in your own kitchen. I did not have to go out to buy anything special. My husband(who is somewhat picky) and son have devoured all the sandwiches I have made so far. Thank you, Tiffany Collins!

S. Hancock states:
A fantastic cookbook if you're always looking for new ideas that are easy to make and delicious to eat! Great ideas that get you out of the normal cooking rut, and paninis that make you look like a pro! got rave reviews from my family.

Well organized, great photos and additional recipes for condiments and spreads that I didn't expect. A nice suprise! I just ordered more as gifts for my friends. My kudos to the author.

There is no down side to this cookbook at all really. Not every recipe has an image, but that is pretty standard these days. It is one of those no fail Robert Rose publisher cookbooks that are among my favorite.

This cookbook is perfect for who love easy lunch and light dinner recipes, or who like to know what the latest food trends are, or for those who just love sandwiches.
