500 cal, the easiest thing you will ever not eat

The easiest diet of all is the 500 cal diet, and truthfully it's also the funnest. Stuck in class all day, bored out of your mind? I am. And when I'm this bored I like to count the calories I'm eating and plan my next meals. You don't need much physical activity, a sport 1 a week and skipping rope 10 min a day is fine.
