Banana Shake

I have allergies to artificial sweeteners (headaches that wouldn't go away)and have discovered a Banana Milkshake that is incredible.

One ripe Banana, 2 oz skim milk, 2 ounces water, 6-7 ice cubes, drops of vanilla. Blend on high. Unbelievable after days of water and tea.
