Best Macaroni and Cheese with Ground Beef

Brown 1 lb. of ground beef, add 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 cup onion, fry until celery starts to get tender. Add 2 cups cooked macaroni and ground beef mixture to a casserole dish.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix and add 2 cups of milk. Cook to thicken, then add 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Combine until the cheese melts. Pour the sauce over the macaroni mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.
