Bhakhri Pizza

The recipe I want to contribute over here is the healthiest PIZZA, everyone can have anytime, in whatever quantity. Also this PIZZA doesn't need an oven.
Ingredients (serves 4 people):
1. wheat flour (500 gms)
2. onion (3 medium sized, chopped)
3. tomatoes (3 mediam sized, chopped)
4. capcicum (Peppers - 2 medium sized, chopped as long slices)
5. cheese cubes
6. oil (2.5 tbsp)
7. tomato catchup
recipe :
1. Take wheat flour in big bowl, add oil into it and while adding water, make a dough, slightly stronger (like bhakhri dough)
2. Divide the dough into medium sized circular pies and prepare a thin roti (dough) from it.
3. On gas stove, put a straight pane, let it get hot slightly. Now put the thin roti on it and let it be there for 1-1.5 minutes.
4. Once one side is slightly ready, turn it to the second side, and by giving pressure with a cloth, make it crispy while roasting.
5. Once one side is properly roasted, turn to the second side, apply tomato catch up on it. Add capcicum slices, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes on it and let it be there for 2-3 minutes (at this time, make sure the gas heat is very slow and the pizza is covered by some utensil on pan.
6. After 2-3 minutes, uncover the pizza, add cheese into it and let it be there for 1 minute
7. Serve hot !!!!
