This amazing little calorie calculator will estimate your daily calorie requirements for losing, maintaining or even gaining weight.


So many times we may want to lose weight but really have no idea how much we need to cut down on our food consumption to reach our goal.

This is a terrific weight loss calcultor. All you have to do is input your height, weight, age and gender, how much weight you want to lose and how long you think it should take you to do that. (A good estimate is no more than 2 pounds per week). If you have some idea of your body fat percentage there is a place to input that as well.

The calorie intake calculator will calculate two numbers: the number of calories you need to consume to maintain your current weight and the number of calories you would have to consume to reach your goal weight by the date you have established.

Voila! Now you know exactly what you need to do to accomplish your weight loss goal.
