Chicken Breast Cooked in Salsa

(Winnipeg, MB, Canada)
2 chicken breasts
1/2 jar of salsa
Mex Tex cheese blend, 1/2 of bag (Kraft)
Fry chicken breast in non stick pan until no longer pink.
Pour salsa oover chicken breast and heat up. Add cheese on top, then cook until cheese is melted.
Serve over rice.
Serves two
