Chicken Parmigana

I share this recipe with all my friends. Hope you like it!

6 large chicken breasts
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 c. oil
1 can of tomato soup (7-1/2 oz)
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. basil
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
6-8 mozza cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a med. bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper.
Place your breadcrumbs in another bowl. Coat your chicken in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumbs. On med. heat, cook in a large skillet with oil for 1 minute on each side just so the breadcrumbs are browned. Transfer to a 9 X 13 baking pan.

Mix together tomato soup, garlic salt, basil, melted butter and paramesan cheese. Bring to a boil.

Pour sauce over the chicken, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, add cheese slices and return to oven uncovered, for 10 minutes
