The soy sauce, sugar and vinegar combination is a great mix of tang and sweetness without being overpowering. This chicken wing recipe is really easy to cook and makes a terrific finger food party appetizer or main dish. Ingredients: 3 pounds chicken wings 1 egg, beaten 1 cup flour butter or oil for frying Dip wings in egg, then in flour. Fry in hot oil or butter until golden brown. Lay in a baking pan. Cooking TipThese chicken wings can be fried ahead of time then baked just before serving. Refrigerate them if it will be several hours or the next day before you serve them. They may not be as crisp, but they will be just as tasty. |
