Decadent chocolate fondue is oh so easy with the right chocolate fondue recipe. I have included 3 recipes here, each a bit different, but equally easy and most important - equally delicious! There is something about chocolate that makes it almost everyone's favorite indulgence. And chocolate fondue seems like the ultimate luxury - rich delicious chocolate melted over yummy fruits, cakes and other treats. So romantic too. It's the perfect feed each other food. But don't let chocolate fondue's romantic reputation stop you from making this treat at any time. It's also great for girls night and makes a fun family dessert treat. Chocolate Fondue Recipe with Whipping Cream8 ounces (8 squares) semi-sweet chocolate1/3 cup whipping cream 3 tablespoons brandy or Amaretto almond liqueur (optional) Melt the chocolate and whipping cream in the microwave on medium for 2 to 3 minutes or in a saucepan on the stove at medium low heat. Blend until smooth. Stir in the brandy or Amaretto. If you don't want to use liqueur, just use an extra 3 tablespoons of the cream. Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot and keep warm. Toll House Chocolate Fondue Recipe2 cups (1 - 12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips or 12 ounces of sweet baking chocolate, cut up1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup milk 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Combine the chocolate pieces, sweetened condensed milk, milk butter and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Mocha FondueOne last twist on the traditional chocolate fondue recipe -1 4-ounce package sweet baking chocolate, broken up In a heavy saucepan combine chocolates, cream, sugar, and coffee crystals. Heat and stir over low heat till melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Pour into a fondue pot; keep warm over low heat. Makes 6 to 8 servings Of course, what would chocolate fondue be without great dippers? Any of the following are wonderful dipped into the rich, melted chocolate mixture. Make sure the dippers are cut into bite sized pieces so everyone can just pop these delights right into their mouth.
You may think of other dippers you want to try as well. Just make sure they are solid enough not to fall into the chocolate and change it's taste and make sure that all canned or bottled ingredients are well dried before dipping.

Enjoy!
