What i use to look like
hello everyone! its katie simser here! I have had a pretty bad experence with weight.. I am only 14 and got made fun of in grade 9 ALOT! well what i did was i did it for myself! i changed my diet A LITTLE BIT!
Breakfast:
1 glass of milk
1 bowl of cereal
1 banana
Snack:
1 apple or 1 pear or 1 fruit
1 glass of water
Lunch:
1 sandwich
1 banana
1 glass of juice/water
Snack:
1 apple or 1 pear or 1 fruit
1 glass of water
Supper:
whatever was for supper
Snack:
whatever i wanted
*MAKE SURE YOU GO FOR A WALK OR JOG BEFORE BED THO TO BURN THE CARBS*
i use to weight 180 at the age or 14.
now i weigh 120.

And drink lots of water!!
