Healthiest and Quickest Breakfast You Could Make

by Tony Rovere
(West Islip, NY)

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In addition, the most common factor among obese individuals is that they are skip breakfast.

But we live in a busy society...and no one is busier than Mom's. In the morning they are looking to get themselves ready for work while at the same time trying to get the kids on the bus for school.

So the result is that many women who are pressed for time skip the most important meal of the day, then feel lethargic and eat excessively at lunch...and this is why people are obese.

I have a solution, a 3-minute breakfast that is an absolute powerhouse to help you build muscle and lose fat.

Here is all you need to do...

Get a box on the Quaker Oats High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl oatmeal. Add one tablespoon of all-natural peanut butter make sure it doesn't have anything that says 'partially hydrogenated' on the label.

And 1/2 cup of water and microwave.

When it comes out add one handful of almonds and one handful of blueberries.

And what do you have...

In 3 minutes a 350-calorie powerhouse that will give you:

  • Plenty of protein to help build muscle.

  • Plenty of the heart-healthy fats to keep your heart and arteries strong.

  • Plenty of carbohydrates to give you the energy to get through the day.

  • And plenty of fiber to fill your stomach so that you end up feeling 'fuller' for longer...so that you don't eat as much throughout the day.

And that's all there is to it. Three minutes to make. Five minutes to eat and you have set the foundation for a day of healthy eating and weight loss!
