Italian Spaghetti

All of my children love this recipe.

l Red or green pepper
l Cup mushrooms
l onion
l or two cloves of garlic (minced)
l lge can tomatoes (whole)
l small tomato paste
l small tomato sauce
l lb ground beef
l tomato can of beef broth
l/4 tsp. basil
l/8 tsp. thyme
l'8 tsp. celery salt
l tsp. rosemary
l tsp. tarragon
l tsp. oregano
l tsp. marjaram

Saute the onion, mushrooms, pepper and garlic. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Fill the tomato can with the broth and add to the above. Put in the spices and let simmer for about an hour or more. Lastly cook the ground beef and add to the tomato mixture.

I used to use water for the liquid but find the broth gives it much more flavor.
