Lemon Cupcakes

I made these in Home Economics in Grade 8. They are so much fun to make and you can make them look like butterflies.
125 ml butter or margarine (softened)
200 ml cup sugar
2 eggs
20 ml tbsp lemon juice
330 ml flour
10 ml baking powder
175 ml milk
2 ml salt
5 ml lemon pie filling per cupcake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease or line muffin tins. Cream butter or margarine well with electric mixer. Add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon juice and milk.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients one third of the mixture at a time, stirring after each addition. Spoon batter into greased or lined muffin tins. Bake 15-18 minutes.
Makes: 12 cupcakes
Sorry about the "ml" instead of the easier way of measuring. I can't change it because i cant get the exact amount in the other system. Heres some of what i know:
5 ml= 1 tsp
15 ml= 1 tbsp
250 ml= 1 cup
125 ml= 1/2 cup
175 ml= 3/4 cup
