Lemon Squares Recipe

orange divide

I just love lemon squares!

They are the perfect mix between sweet and a bit of tart.

This recipe for lemon squares is quite easy to make.

The base is just a sweetened crust recipe and the filling is a luscious creamy, tartly sweet lemon.

This is a perfect holiday recipe, but is a wonderful dessert for any time of the year.

Is there a time when lemon isn't right? Not for me!

4 large eggs
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
