Lost 10 pounds

For 5 weeks now I has adopted a diet which is based on NOT eating any processed foods, NO coffee No alcohol and eating plenty of fresh fruit and veg, plus a small handfull of nuts every day, hit the 10lb lost mark this morning and I am chuffed to bits. Age 49 - 13st 10lb - just under 13st this morning.
