Lost 43 pounds in 7 months

Im 41 5'2 inch female. I cut my calories to 1800 a day. I power walked and rollerbladed for an hour about 4 to 5 times a week. I ate five small meals a day. My in between snacks was counted as a meal that consist no more then 100 calories and under 15 grams of carbs.
