Miracle food
I found Miracle Noodles online, and ordered them, they have no calories, carbs, or fat, and they taste like regular pasta, so I saved myself hundreds of calories a day eating these every time at supper with sauce, veggies and a little meat.
Plus I eat cereal for breakfast, salad, low cal dressing, a 100 calorie choc bar, and 60 cal pudding plus for lunch plus a fruit for night time snack, which all equals 1,100 calories a day, which is what works.
I also work out 4 days a week, cardio 30 min, and weights 20 min, and I have lost 3 pounds a week so far.
