Only Bring Healthy Food into the House

I just don't buy junk food, and eat foods that would be possible for me to make at home (if I could cook). That means no preservatives, excess oils, fats, and all those fancy ingredients that no one understands. If this is all I have in the house, then I'm too lazy to go to the store to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings, and eat something else that's healthy and sweet.
