Orange and Peach Marmalade
Here is another marmalade recipe with a difference - orange and peach marmalade. Traditionally orange marmalade is sweet tart. This recipe adds an extra measure of sweetness with the addition of several peaches.
Ingredients: Directions: Cook 45–60 minutes on medium heat. Store in sterilized jars. Makes about 6 small jam jars. Tips:
Did You Know?...It is an interesting mix. When picked at their peak of ripeness, peaches are soft and oh so sweet. They are one of my favorite summer fruits. Marmalade is not usually one of my favorite jams, but with peaches added, it's on my list of must haves.
