proper meal on time meal and hard work pays

To keep yourself in shape i eat 3 times full meal,it goes like this,homemade 2 whole wheat pitas with a banana for breakfast,for lunch small portion of rice with meat and tomatoes,onion gravy,small portion of salad,with a small dessert at end,tea and biscuit or cake for evening snack,some salad and fruits with some chicken or meat of my choice at supper. Thats it. Missing or starving of healthy foods which god gave us will not help just have to eat everything in small proportion what ever we eat,do not abuse yourself by overeating and it helps me maintain my weight and health.
