Quick Pie

8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups Whole Milk
1 pkg Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix, preferred flavour
1 - 8" Pie Crust
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Blend with 1/2 cup whole milk. Add remaining whole milk and the package of pudding mix. Beat slowly until mixed, approximately one minute.
Pour mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate to set. If desired, add preferred topping such as whipped cream or fresh fruit. May be enjoyed plain as well.
