It’s an easy cream pie recipe that is ready in minutes.

Quick Pie

 

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 pkg Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix, your preferred flavour
  • 1 - 8" single pie crust, baked

Method

Step 1

Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. When softened, blend it with 1/2 cup whole milk. Add remaining whole milk and the package of pudding mix. Beat slowly until mixed for approximately one minute.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate to set. If desired, add preferred topping such as whipped cream or fresh fruit. May be enjoyed plain as well.

Tip:

You can blend the ingredients by hand or use an electric mixer on low or medium speed.

Use any flavor of pudding you want – chocolate, pistachio, vanilla, caramel. You choose the flavor of pie you are in the mood for.
