Strawberry Freezer Jam
Strawberry freezer jam is perfect for those who want the taste of strawberry jam without the bit of extra work that comes with regular jam making. This is a perfect jam recipe for those who want a small batch of jam. The recipe only uses one quart of berries. Of course it can be multiplied if you want a larger amount. Prep time: Cook time: Ingredients: Directions: Ladle quickly into sterilized glasses. Cover the jam with tight lids. Let stand until set (about 24 hours). Store in the freezer.
