Just a suggestion

Why don't you provide your recipes electronically, in the form of booklet in pdf, msword or HTML format so that visitors can download it and keep it in their PDA or Camera-phone. You may even insert some advertisements inside these booklets.

First of all I have hundreds of downloadable ecookbooks in pdf format in the ecookbook extravaganza. You can also win 3 free pdf format cookbooks for contributing to the site as you have just done.

The whole page is already in HTML format. I can't upload the recipes in Word format, but I can in Pdf. That is a huge project though so, because I have several hundred recipes on the site, so I can't say I can get to that any time soon.

You can though use the printer friendly version of the page then email the link or the page to your email.
