This delicious sweet and sour pork recipe combines pork tenderloin, vegetables and a sweet and tangy sauce into and easy dinner recipe. I do have to admit that the ingredients list seems long, but it is really a simple recipe. The trick is to just be a bit organized and get out everything you need ahead of time. Just place the pork cubes in the marinade first, then go on to chop the vegetables and get the sauce ingredients ready. Once everything is chopped the recipe goes together very easily and quickly. The whole thing is cooked in a wok and wok cooking is quick. Just make sure it is well heated before you start. Stir everything often as you go too, to make sure everything cooks evenly.
