4 cans of tuna ((preferably flaked light tuna in water)
1/2 large yellow onion (finely chopped)
2 medium pickles (finely chopped)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain tuna of water and combine in mixing bowl
2. Add onion and pickles
3. Start adding mayonnaise until desired consistency is reached
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
Excellent as a spread for crackers and wonderful on sandwiches!
