This chicken finger recipe has a bit of Parmesan cheese in the bread crumb coating for added flavor. It really amps up the flavor and young and older with love it.
1/2cupbutter, or a few tablespoons of your favorite cooking oil
Instructions
Cut the chicken into strips. Mix together the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg, then the mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.
Melt half of the butter in the frying pan and cook the chicken until golden and crisp, approximately 3 minutes each side. Add the rest of the butter as needed as you fry.
