1tablespoongaram masala powder, cardamom, and cloves
red chili powder, as per taste

Boil the mutton with salt and set aside.
Heat the oil and add the muli (raddish) paste. Do not add water, as the radish itself releases water. After the gravy reduces, add the ginger garlic paste, onion paste and tomato paste. Cook together for a few minutes.
After sufficient stirring, when a nice smell of the masalas come, add the mutton pieces. Add red chili powder, salt and garam masala. Cook for a few minutes longer.
