Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette

There are 4 amazing salad dressing recipes on this page, all fantastic. Although the traditional oil and vinegar vinaigrette recipe is my all time favorite, it is amazing how easy it is to switch it up by using different vinegars, juices, oils and herbs.

Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1 cup olive oil, extra virgin

Instructions

Combine vinegar, garlic, oregano and rosemary. Blend in olive oil slowly.
