Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine the crumbs and seasoning. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Brush the chicken pieces with oil and coat with the crumb mixture.
Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once. To reheat, bake for 10 minutes.
If you want to freeze them, under bake slightly, cool and freeze. When ready to serve, bake from frozen at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
