Chocolate Fondue Recipe

I have included 3 recipes for chocolate fondue here, each a bit different, but equally easy and most important - each just as delicious!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, 8 squares
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons brandy, or Amaretto almond liqueur, optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate and whipping cream in the microwave on medium for 2 to 3 minutes or in a saucepan on the stove at medium low heat. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in the brandy or Amaretto. If you don't want to use liqueur, just use an extra 3 tablespoons of the cream.
  • Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot and keep warm.
