3tablespoonsbrandy, or Amaretto almond liqueur, optional
Instructions
Melt the chocolate and whipping cream in the microwave on medium for 2 to 3 minutes or in a saucepan on the stove at medium low heat. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the brandy or Amaretto. If you don't want to use liqueur, just use an extra 3 tablespoons of the cream.
Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot and keep warm.
