salt and pepper, to taste
1teaspoonpowdered ginger

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and ginger.
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking pan and brush them generously with the orange, soy and ginger mixture. If you have the time, let them sit for 20 minutes before baking to marinate the breasts a bit. If not, just pop them in the oven.
Bake at 350°F, basting frequently with the orange sauce, until the chicken is tender, about 30 minutes. Use up all of that lovely sauce to baste the chicken.
Notes
Cooking time will depend somewhat on the size of the breasts and whether you are using bone in breasts or boneless. Bone in pieces will take a bit longer to cook through.
