Sloppy Joe Recipe
This is a traditional sloppy joe recipe, with onions, peppers and mushrooms. Sloppy joes aren't usually spicy hot so add hot sauce if you want or leave it out.

Instructions
Sauté the onion and peppers in the butter. When these are translucent, add the beef. Cook and stir until the meat is lightly browned.
Add the mushrooms and chili sauce. Season to taste. Cook, uncovered, over low heat until the mushrooms are cooked.
Fill the buns with the mixture.
