1/4cup milk, or more to get your desired thickness
2egg yolks, beaten

Instructions
Mix together the butter, sour cream, milk and egg yolks.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they are almost stiff, but not dry. Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
Sift the flour, cinnamon and salt together, then add it to the liquid ingredients. Beat the mixture together.
Heat a skillet with a bit of oil to medium heat.
Scoop the pancake mixture and place in the hot skillet, creating small to medium size individual pancakes.
Cook each pancake until small bubbles begin to form on the top of the pancake. Turn the pancake over and cook on the other side until it is golden as well.
