Instructions
Peel the potatoes. Wash the kale and chop it, using only the leaves. Boil together the potatoes, kale and Polish sausage. When ready, take the sausage out and put it aside.
Mash the kale with the potatoes, put salt and pepper to taste, also add some butter and a bit of milk. Slice half of the sausage into small pieces and add them to the kale and potato mixture. Mash this together until you have a nice smooth consistency. Put it all in a casserole, then slice the other half of the sausage and arrange it on top of the casserole.
Put it in the oven at 350ºF until it is heated and serve. It is very delicious.
