This sweet and sour meatball recipe is baked in the oven so that great tasting sauce gets baked right into your meatballs. Serve as a main course or appetizer.
Combine the meats with the bread crumbs, milk, eggs and salt. Mix well. Shape into 1" meatballs and place them in a shallow baking dish.
Mix all of the sauce ingredients together (the brown sugar, vinegar, water and dry mustard. Pour the mixture over the meatballs. Bake uncovered at 325ºF for 45 minutes. Baste the meatballs often with the sauce to keep them moist.
