2packages frozen spinach, cooked, drained and chopped

1/4teaspoonnutmeg

3/4cupParmesan cheese, grated
1 1/4cupheavy cream
4eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté onions until tender.
In bowl combine spinach, onions, salt, pepper, nutmeg and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Beat cream and eggs together and combine with the spinach mixture. Pour into the pie shell, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
