I have so many wonderful salad dressing and vinaigrette recipes that I have divided them into two pages. You will find a link to the others at the end of the recipes below. We have a few delicious ones on this page, including a wonderful sesame ginger dressing and a Mexican vinaigrette recipe with cilantro and lime juice. Some of the salad dressing recipes are a bit more gourmet and need a couple of special ingredients, others are standards that I would love every day, like our Garlic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Please note that any of these recipes can easily be multiplied to serve as many people as you need. The recipes below are for an amount that will serve 3 or 4. Garlic Vinaigrette1 large clove garlic In a mortar and pestle (or with the side of a knife) mash the clove of garlic. Mix it with the salt the add the paste to the vinegar. Add the pepper. Whisk in the olive oil.
