I call this a collection of healthy dessert recipes, and it is, but with some explanation.
Everyone has their own idea of what constitutes “healthy”. People have a variety of health issues and while one person can consume some sugar, others cannot. Many people have intolerances to wheat, corn, dairy or other foods.
These recipes are healthier than regular dessert recipes, each for it’s own reason. The recipe may be lower in sugar, have vegetables in it, use different grains or be totally gluten free. Use your own judgement and discretion in determining which recipes are healthy for you.
That said, I think you will love this collection of sweet treats that are healthier for us. Healthy desserts are possible and these recipes prove that.
