Mushroom Surprise

Mushroom Surprise

Originally posted to the site by Deseree R. of Texas, this recipe she calls mushroom surprise is her own creation.

Deseree says this about her mushroom surprise: “So this recipe is something I just threw together. I found it best when it’s served with pasta noodles, but whatever suits your fancy.”

Great served over egg noodles or your favorite pasta shape. You can also serve it over white or brown rice or a different grain like healthy quinoa.
