It’s an easy cream pie recipe that is ready in minutes.
Use any flavor of pudding you want – chocolate, pistachio, vanilla, caramel. You choose the flavor of pie you are in the mood for.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 package Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix, your preferred flavour
- 1 8" single pie crust, baked
- Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. When softened, blend it with 1/2 cup whole milk. Add remaining whole milk and the package of pudding mix. Beat slowly until mixed for approximately one minute.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate to set. If desired, add preferred topping such as whipped cream or fresh fruit. May be enjoyed plain as well.
You can blend the ingredients by hand or use an electric mixer on low or medium speed.
