If you are looking for prime rib recipes that are beyond the ordinary, look no further. Prime rib is a premium beef roast. It is an amazing piece of meat that is delicious seasoned with just salt and pepper. But if you are a bit more adventuresome or just want a different taste sensation, try one of these rubs. Just mix the seasonings and rub into the roast before roasting. Each of these rubs will season a 4 to 6 pound roast. You can easily double or triple the recipe to cover a larger piece of meat if needed. Garlic Infusion Rub6 cloves garlic, minced Rub beef all over with salt, pepper and this rub mixture before roasting. Lemon Pepper RubRind of one lemon, finely zested or ground Season roast with salt and pepper. Combine the rest of the ingredients and rub over roast before roasting. Teriyaki Rub3 tablespoons soy sauce Mix all ingredients and brush over roast. The soy salt is probably salty enough that you won't need to add salt to the roast.
