This spinach dip recipe is one of the best cold spinach dips I have tried.
Using frozen spinach, it’s a cinch to make any time.
This easy dip can be served in a hollowed out round loaf of bread, like the Knorr dip.
Use the broken up bread pieces for dipping. Add raw vegetables and crackers as extra dippers. Or just go straight for the crackers, tortilla chips and veggies.

1 bunch of green onion finely chopped – place both in large bowl
In a smaller bowl combine:
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup mix – finely ground
1 rounded cup of sour cream

1 rounded tsp of mustard
1 large TBSP of hot horse radish

Mix thoroughly and add to your spinach/green onion bowl
* This will look like there is way too much spinach but just keep mixing and it will look great.
This is the best way to make this dip and you will get rave reviews.
