For example, our appetizer and casserole recipes that use lots of mayonnaise or cream cheese will be found in the regular index but have been omitted from the healthy recipes section. Are they unhealthy? Not especially, although you may not want to eat them every day. A balanced diet may contain a wide variety of foods.

If you are on a specialty diet, some of these recipes may suit you and some not. Please use your own knowledge and discretion when using these recipes to determine which are most suitable for you and the way you define healthy.
